What's the difference between Surface Bonder ZERO and Surface Bonder Rapid?
The main difference between these two products is the cure speed. Both are non-sagging seaming adhesives developed for hard surface worktops. Surface Bonder Rapid was developed with high-volume workshops in mind. Surface Bonder Rapid has a working time of 4–8 minutes compared with Surface Bonder ZERO which has a working time of 9–14 minutes.
What surfaces should I use Surface Bonder Rapid on?
Surface Bonder Rapid was developed for use with Engineered Stone like Quartz and Silica-Free Mineral surfaces, Natural Stones like Granite and Marble, as well as Ceramics, Porcelain and Sintered Materials.

Surface Bonder Rapid cured faster than I could assemble my pieces, what now?
You can try using strap heaters or a heat gun to heat the adhesive up to weaken the bond. You’ll have to verify that the surface you’re working with can tolerate temperatures over 100ºC. Carefully and slowly heat the area affected and gently pry away the pieces in question.

Surface Bonder Rapid is a NEW fast curing, high strength seaming adhesive. It has been developed especially to improve output for high volume fabrication. The non-sag formula stays right where you put it.. So no drips, mess or waste, making Surface Bonder Rapid ideal for mitred edges and vertical applications. Surface Bonder Rapid is high strength and so gives better performance on thinner sheets where a strong adhesive adds strength to the final surface installation.
Designed for Natural Stone, Quartz, Compact Ceramics and Porcelain surfaces, the high strength, no sag formula is available in a range of colours to match almost every surface design.
